How To Order

Ordering and Payment Info

If you are unsure of a poster, please ask for more information and/or photos.

We do not recommend shipping any package without insurance. We will NOT be responsible for any uninsured packages.

Payment

You may pay for your purchase in the following ways: PayPal Major credit card through the secure PayPal server.

Follow the instructions to make your payment.

Shipping

Orders are packed securely and are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment.

Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped Air Mail, with a tracking number. If you require a faster shipping method, please request this at the time of your order. An additional charge will apply.

Average delivery time for orders shipped Air Mail is one to two weeks.

Note: For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any custom duty charges if applicable. 

For EU orders I will include insurance up to €250 included in the shipping charge.

For UK orders that require insurance please contact me prior to shipping.

For US orders , I will ship via courier UPS for all flat packages, however insurance is not included in the shipping charge nor are local custom charges.
If insurance cover is required please ask me for a quotation for same as a courier may need to be used and an additional fee will need to be charged. I am not responsible for local custom charges.

Folded and rolled posters will be shipped in separate packages but I will combine shipping if I can.

Please Note: I take pride in my postage and packaging. I am foremost a collector and I will ship the item in the same was I would expect to receive it, secure and using only super strong materials to ensure it arrives safely to you.

Returns

If, upon receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase:

Notify us immediately.

Return the item in the same condition it was received in within 7 days.

Once we receive the item, we will refund the full purchase price less the shipping charge

International deliveries may be liable for Customs duties in the country of delivery. Any & all such charges are the responsibility of the buyer & NOT Vertigo Posters. Similarly some Customs authorities may require disclosure of the buyer’s proof of identity prior to releasing goods for delivery & any such request is also the responsibility of the buyer NOT Vertigo Posters. If a buyer refuses a) to pay their Customs import charges &/or b) fails to comply with any other requested information disclosure, then goods will be returned to Vertigo Posters & in every & all such circumstances the buyer will be liable for the cost-of-return & these costs will be deducted from the buyer’s purchase cost refund. In such instances where the buyer refuses to accept delivery & goods are returned to Vertigo Posters, the buyer’s original shipping charges will not be refunded either.
